Protect your Client Arena account
A short checklist for safer sign-in, recovery and support conversations.
Use the correct sign-in page
Open Client Arena from HostingLawn’s own navigation or a trusted bookmark. Check the address before entering your credentials. The marketing website does not ask for your Client Arena password or process your account payments.
Protect access and recovery
Use a unique, strong password and store it in a password manager. Keep your account email and recovery access current. If two-factor authentication is available in your account, enable it and store any recovery code securely. Availability depends on the portal configuration.
Keep secrets out of tickets
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys or full payment-card details in an email or ticket. If support needs access to a service, agree a safe sharing method and grant only the access required; remove temporary access when the work is complete.
If access looks suspicious
Use the account recovery options offered by Client Arena, change affected credentials through the legitimate service and contact support. Describe what happened without including secrets. For account-specific help, use the contact page.
