KNOWLEDGE / GUIDE
Write a useful support request
Give support enough detail to investigate while keeping private information out of the ticket.
Start in the right place
Use Client Arena for account-specific support. If you cannot sign in or are asking before purchase, use the contact page to choose the available route. Portal options and departments depend on the configuration.
Describe what happened
Include the affected domain or service, when the issue began and your timezone, what you expected, what happened instead, and the exact error message. Explain the steps needed to reproduce the issue and any recent change you know about.
Share only what is needed
Remove passwords, one-time codes, session tokens, private keys, payment details and other people’s personal information from text and screenshots. Ask support how to provide sensitive access safely if it becomes necessary.
Keep the conversation together
Reply in the existing request when the issue is the same, and mention the checks you have already tried and their results. If the matter changes or affects another service, explain that clearly so the team can direct the request appropriately.
